At Elysian Varelle, we ensure that every product is thoroughly vetted for authenticity by collaborating with multiple trusted third-party experts, primarily Real Authentication. Known as the chosen authenticators for TikTok and trusted by PayPal, and major credit card companies, Real Authentication offers meticulous authentication services. A third-party certificate of authenticity accompanies each listing to provide you with the utmost confidence in your purchase.
Who lists the item photos and descriptions?
Our in-house team professionally photographs each item, capturing it in high-quality detail to ensure it is accurately represented on our site. Product descriptions are initially created by sellers and then carefully reviewed and refined by our in-house team.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are customer reviews available for certain items?
Given the nature of second-hand luxury goods, each item on our platform is unique and one of a kind. As a result, customer reviews are not available since no two products are identical. Yes, we provide a free pick-up service from your home in Sydney for returns. There’s no need to post the item yourself — we’ll come to you! You can either leave the item outside for collection at the scheduled time, or hand it to us directly when we arrive.

What are the seller fees?
Elysian Varelle takes a 15% commission on each sale made through the platform. In addition to this, sellers are responsible for covering the costs associated with logistics, such as shipping, storage, and returns, as well as authentication fees. A $40 deposit is required for each item listed, which goes towards covering some of these initial fees. Once the item is sold, any unspent portion of the deposit will be refunded, and any remaining fees will be deducted from the final sale price. See our Return and Refund Policy for further details.
Do you offer a pick-up service for sellers in Sydney?
Yes, we offer a convenient pick-up service for sellers in Sydney for just $20 per collection. You can schedule a pick-up from your home, and we'll either collect your items directly from you or pick them up if you leave them outside at the scheduled time. The $20 fee is charged when your product is listed and applies to each pick-up, not for each individual product. No need to worry about posting your items — we'll handle the entire process for you!
